ORDERS

Creating account

Creating an account is recommended so you can handle your order tracking details, save your details and view your history.

You can view your order history by logging in to your account.

Cancellation by calling or emailing Customer Services team is recommended as soon as possible. Please provide your order number in both cases.

The returned items must be sent in returns period, with labels, in purchased state a refund will not be given until we have received them. Always use a tracked and signed-for service and so you can obtain proof of postage.

EXCHANGES

Email sales@forages-collections.com with all details (item, order number, new size, old size) and wait for the instructions in the email response.
Please complete the Shipping Note in the packet and place it inside the package. Once the products have been received and validated, an exchange or refund will be issued. You will receive an email with all details.

We refund the full purchase price to the original payment method. We offer a free returns service globally. So, we won’t reimburse shipping costs. It’s your choice to return by your own methods and all International orders are currently exempt from the free returns service and we additionally do not reimburse for the shipping costs and complimentary duties and taxes. All orders must be returned in original packaging.
